I bought but did not get my login
Your login is emailed to the address you paid with, normally within minutes. Check spam and promotions folders. Still missing after an hour? Send the form below with topic "I did not receive my login" and your order ID; we will resend it.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login page. A reset link is emailed to you and is valid for 60 minutes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel on WarriorPlus in your purchases, or choose "Cancel a subscription" in the form below and press Send. No reason is needed. We process it within one business day; you are not charged again and keep access until the end of the paid month. Details: How to cancel.
How do refunds work?
If the app does not work as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We try to fix it first, and refund in full if we cannot. Full policy: Refund and Cancellation Policy.
"Test" in Settings fails or the AI returns nothing
Check that your OpenRouter key starts with sk-or- and that the model id is correct. Free models are rate-limited; if you see a rate-limit message, wait a few minutes or choose a paid model.
