Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-14. These Terms govern your use of ShadowPress, the website at app12.daule.net and every product sold through it. By buying or using ShadowPress you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the service.
Who we are
ShadowPress is operated by Your Company LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: ledau2022@gmail.com or the support page.

Each product page describes exactly what it includes and what it does not. Upgrades add features to the account created by your first purchase. ShadowPress does not publish books for you, does not guarantee sales, and is not affiliated with Amazon, Etsy or OpenRouter.
Payment and ordering
Orders are placed through WarriorPlus, the platform that runs our checkout. Your payment is processed by WarriorPlus and its payment processors, such as PayPal or a card processor, under their own terms. Your bank statement may show the name of the platform or processor. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout; any tax added by the platform is shown before you pay. We never see or store your full card or PayPal details.
Delivery
The product is delivered digitally. When your payment is confirmed, your account is created automatically and your login details are emailed to the address you paid with, normally within minutes. Upgrades unlock on the same account. If you have not received your login within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact support with your order ID. Nothing is shipped physically.
Your account
Accounts are created only by purchase; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity in your account. Change the emailed password after your first login. One account is for one person; you may not share or resell access, except client logins created through the Agency plan.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the features of the plans you bought for as long as we operate the service and your account is in good standing. One-time products do not expire on a schedule; monthly products are available while your subscription is paid. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or resell access to the software.
Agency plan. If you own Agency, you may create client logins up to the stated limit and sell manuscripts, books and services you produce with ShadowPress to your clients. You remain responsible for your clients' use of the service.
Third-party AI services and your API key
ShadowPress sends your prompts and book content to OpenRouter and to the AI model provider you select, using an API key from your own OpenRouter account. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and any usage charges are billed to you by OpenRouter, not by us. Free models offered by OpenRouter may be rate-limited and some providers may log prompts. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or outputs of third-party models.
Your content and AI output
You own the ideas you enter and, as between you and us, the manuscripts you create with ShadowPress. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, or similar to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before you publish or sell it, for checking that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and for following the rules of every marketplace you use, including Amazon KDP's and Etsy's rules on disclosing AI-generated content. We store your content only to provide the service; see the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use ShadowPress to create or distribute content that is illegal; sexualises minors; harasses, defames or impersonates real people; infringes copyright or trademarks, including copying or imitating specific existing books or authors' names; is designed to mislead readers about authorship; or violates any marketplace's content policies. You may not attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
ShelfRadar is billed monthly at USD $47 and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Before you pay, the price, billing frequency and how to cancel are shown next to the buy button, and you must actively agree to the recurring charge. You can cancel at any time, online, in the same way you signed up; see How to cancel. After cancellation you are not charged again, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If the price changes, we will email you before the change takes effect and you may cancel before being charged the new price. We send a reminder of your subscription terms at least once a year. ShelfRadar is not on sale yet; these terms apply once it launches.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content hosted on our service infringes your copyright, email ledau2022@gmail.com with: your contact details, the work you claim is infringed, where the infringing material is, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act. We will respond promptly and may remove the material and suspend repeat infringers.
Changes and availability
We may update the software, add or change features, and update these Terms. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you by email and the refund policy will apply. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in these Terms and where the law does not allow it to be excluded, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any income, sales, rankings or results. See our Disclaimers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms or is involved in fraud or a chargeback we cannot resolve. On termination you may ask for an export of your books first.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Your Company LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
